The OLF Conference is proud to announce that we will hold our 23rd annual event in Columbus, Ohio on December 6, 2025.
OLF welcomes all Free and Open Source Software professionals, enthusiasts, and everyone interested in learning more about Free and Open Source Software. On-site attendance is limited. For this reason, there is an advance $10 “Enthusiast” level registration price to reduce no-shows. (With free tickets, about 50% of registrants were no-shows, which is not something we can have this year.) Online attendance remains at $10 suggested donation. If cost is a concern, you could also consider volunteering to help out at the event or requesting a scholarship.
Before registering for an in-person ticket, be sure to review our safety plan and attendance policy first.
Note that you should register in advance; walk-ins will start at $20 for the Enthusiast Pass. Seats are limited and may sell out.
In-Person Ticket sales will close at 12:00pm Eastern time on December 4 or when ticket inventory runs out, whichever comes first.

The Online Only Pass will let you access our streamed content as well as a Slack invite for more interactive experiences.
T-shirts are no longer available as a separate product. We may or may not have a few extras left over from our print run to sell at the conference. Consider the Supporter Pass which includes a t-shirt and lunch certificate with your $150 donation. These funds go directly back to making this conference possible. Thank you.
