You’ll be selling to the longest running audience of users of Free and Open Source Software in the Midwest. Returning to The Ohio State University means that we will be bringing young and seasoned professionals alike to showcase what is new and upcoming in technology.

While our in person audience reduced since 2020, we have maintained contacts of over 3000 past attendees. We are looking forward to the new synergies that the shift from downtown to campus brings in 2026. Also, we will proceed to reach a global audience through our live presence online and via our YouTube Channel.

Treat our guests with refreshments, gifts, and activities branded in memorable ways. Food and drink will be included and we’ll work with you to ensure that you get the exposure you prefer.

Coffee Sponsorship – $1,000

Spark conversation by sponsoring a morning or afternoon break, which will be branded on the schedule. We can also work with you on customized branding or swag giveaways around the coffee.

Quick Pitch – $1,000

We’ll work with you to schedule an up to five minute quick pitch before a session of your choice during the conference.

Raffle Prize Sponsorship – In Kind

Your name or organization will receive link on our sponsor site and on our online raffle site reaching attendees on line and in person. Prizes will be plugged on stage giving you credit for your gift. Letter of thank you from Ohio LinuxFest Corporation, a 501c(3) non-profit and charity. Grand prize level of prize may also entail other amenities – inquire for details.
